August's Dish & Drink of the Month
Head Chef Craig has created a special dish for August: Ham Hock Ballotine served with a summer vegetable and fresh herb broth - £14.25.
It's a light and flavoursome dish that's packed full of the best seasonal vegetables - in fact we're pretty sure it represents 3 of your 5-a-day!
Our Drink of the Month is Summer Berry Cocktail consisting of Brockman's gin, crème de cassis, raspberry vodka topped with tonic and a handful of mixed berries.
We'd like to say the berries top off your 5-a-day but that might be a little optimistic!
