With the promise of warmer weather we’re excited to introduce our spring menu to The Fishpool, available from Friday 17th April.
We’re hoping we can tempt you with tasty starters like our;
Atlantic cod kiev, cannellini bean puree and parsley oil
grilled flat cap mushrooms, Blacksticks Blue cheese, olive tapenade, toasted pine nuts, ciabatta, dressed rocket and aged balsamic vinegar
plus our mouth-watering mains such as;
confit pork belly, braised cheek and Bury black pudding croquette, caramelised apple purée, summer cabbage and red wine jus
roasted breast of corn fed chicken filled with blush tomato and taleggio cheese, pea, wild garlic and broad bean risotto, crispy rocket.
And to round off a perfect meal how about our Chester pudding with lemon meringue, framboise syrup and violet ice cream or the tempting strawberry and Madagascan vanilla trifle with Champagne espuma and popping candy.
