Here is what we are doing (and what we expect from our guests) to help keep everyone safe when visiting our COVID-secure inn.
Restaurant reservations are no longer subject to restrictions on party size or number of households.
Following changes to guidance in place from 27th January 2022, face masks are no longer a requirement in the common areas of our inn. We respect the choice of our guests and team alike to continue wearing a face covering in congested areas of the inn.
The guidance on social distancing is not a mandatory requirement; but we appreciate every effort our guests can make to minimise risk to themselves and others by keeping a respectful distance from others.
We ask guests to remain mindful and aware of their personal responsibility to respect the space of others, maintain hand hygiene and to refrain from visiting if feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms.
We would like to reassure our guests that our stringent hygiene procedures remain in place, with hand hygiene, surface sanitisation and deep-cleaning measures remaining a hotel standard. Our sanitisation stations for guests and team members will remain available, as will our additional procedures including disinfection of hotel rooms and common areas with the XtraProtect misting system and our cashless payment system to limit contact.
Finally, our inn remains a cashless property, accepting card payments only.
