Roasted vine tomato and pimento red pepper soup, marinated bocconcini,
crispy basil and basil oil (v) (vgo) (gfo)

Chicken liver and brandy parfait, house chutney and toasted brioche (gfo)

Tian of Atlantic baby prawns and crayfish, Marie Rose sauce, avocado purée, mango, chilli and pineapple salsa, baby herbs and baked artisan croutes (gfo)
