British Food Fortnight starts on 17th September and we are celebrating with a dessert inspired by an autumnal English country garden.
Amanda, our talented pastry chef, has created a Warm Chocolate and Cob Nut Sponge with dark chocolate ganache, cinnamon ice cream and gingerbread chocolate soil accompanied by chocolate pebbles, autumn flowers and a ginger tea jelly consommé.
This delicious creation will be available for two weeks from 17th September – 2nd October! £10.50 – can you tackle it yourself or will you share?!
