The Fishpool Inn has joined a list of many high profile gastropubs located throughout the UK. Known as the highlight of the industry’s awards calendar, the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs Awards take place annually and celebrate the very best in British pub cuisine and service.

Recognised as one of the top gastropubs in the UK, The Fishpool Inn joins many other successful pubs, including those owned by past winner and celebrity chef, Tom Kerridge.

The Top 50 Gastropub Awards are organised by The Publican and the list is compiled by top industry professionals, including food writers, top hospitality chefs and leading pub guide editors. This accolade comes just two years after The Fishpool Inn won Best New UK Pub at 2014 Publican Awards.

Paul Prescott, Group Executive Chef and Craig Pierce, Head Chef at The Fishpool Inn joined Andrew at the awards ceremony, which was held at Hermitage Road Bar & Restaurant in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
