Simply titled ‘Rhubarb’, it mixes Nelson’s Rhubarb and Custard Gin (natch), Sorel London Dry Gin, Campari, lemon juice, sugar syrup, 1 Egg White and two dashes of Rhubarb Bitters.

Try one for £7.95, or enjoy two for the price of one, 5pm-10pm on Thursdays and Fridays!
