After the indulgences of Christmas, we know many people are opting for lighter dishes and alcohol-free tipples!

Our dish of the month is Wild Sea Bass a la Plancha with red pepper coulis, artichokes, blush tomatoes, olives, gem hearts and basil pesto. Although this dish is light, it is bursting with delicious Mediterranean flavours.

Head Chef comments, “this sea bass dish is the ideal healthy option especially as we cook it ‘a la plancha’ which means grilled on a metal plate. This really seals in the flavour of the delicious fresh ingredients”

If you’re partaking in Dry January our drink of the month is perfect for you! Aptly named as Fruit Salad, this refreshing mocktail combines pineapple juice, orange juice, a squeeze of fresh lime and grenadine. A selection of mocktails are available for £4.50.
