Our Dish of the Month is from our new menu and is currently going down a storm! “Welsh Valley lamb, roasted rump, harissa spiced couscous, aubergine caviar, Tuscan vegetables, feta cheese and coriander raita”.

Head Chef explains: “the flavoursome Welsh Valley lamb is really complemented by the summery combination of marinated vegetables and feta cheese, bringing in both Mediterranean and Moroccan flavourings. This dish doesn’t rely on a heavy sauce so it’s perfect for this time of year.”

Our Drink of the Month is Coorong Estate Shiraz, Australia. A rich and spicy Australian shiraz with wonderful flavours of black fruits, black pepper and sweet spices. It’s the ideal accompaniment to our Welsh Valley Lamb.
