In celebration of May being National Asparagus Month our dish of the month is Crispy pork croquette, Wye Valley asparagus, confit hen’s yolk and mint hollandaise.

Head Chef Craig comments “Because this vegetable isn’t available all year round, it makes it extra special! In this dish the tanginess of the mint hollandaise offsets the asparagus beautifully and is the perfect accompaniment to the crispy pork croquette. Enjoy!”

May also marks the beginning of strawberry season and our Drink of the Month is a deliciously fruity Strawberry and Watermelon Daiquiri.

A refreshing sweet mix of fresh strawberries, watermelon Midori and vodka served over crushed ice (£6.95) – it really is summer in a glass!
