From our new Spring menu we bring to you our Dish of the Month Grilled Pave of Spiced Loch Duart Salmon, warm salad of crushed avocado, celeriac, chilli, coriander and lime, poached baby gem, heritage tomato and red pepper dressing.

Our Head Chef comments “this summery dish is light and full of flavour and the touch of spice adds a welcome kick. It also looks great on the plate!”  Surely a dish worthy of a quick instagram? #thefishpoolinn.

The drink of the month is the epitome of summer in a glass! In our Cucumber and Thyme Bombay Tonic you’ll find Bombay Sapphire Gin, fresh cucumber and thyme, tonic and gomme syrup.  We think that might contribute to one of your five a day!
